Who we are

This website, sourcinglaunch.com, is run by SOURCING LAUNCH (HK) LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (Company No. 81322091), trading as Sourcing Launch. What this website collects

This website has no forms, no user accounts and no advertising cookies. When you open a page, our hosting provider (Netlify) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type, so the page can be delivered and the site kept secure.

Visitor statistics and cookies

We use Google Analytics, a service of Google, to count visits and see how the website is used: the pages you view, your approximate location (country and city), your device and browser type, how you found us (for example a Google search or another website) and clicks on our WhatsApp button. Google Analytics stores cookies on your device (named _ga) to tell visits apart; they last up to 13 months. It does not give us your name or contact details, and we do not use it for advertising. Google Analytics deletes the detailed data linked to a browser within 14 months; after that, only overall totals remain, such as the number of visits per month.

You can switch Google Analytics off at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page: we then delete its cookies and remember your choice in your browser. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics stays off. You can also block cookies in your browser settings. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, and it may be processed outside your country.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you choose to share, for example your name, phone number or email address, company name, and the products, quantities, photos and files you send. We use this to:

• answer your questions and prepare your quotes;
• buy, check and deliver your orders;
• keep the business, accounting and tax records the law requires.

WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp LLC (Meta). Its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed to do the work you ask for, for example delivery details with the freight forwarder or warehouse that receives your goods, and payment details with our bank or payment provider. Providers that run services for us, such as email, website hosting and visitor statistics, process data on our behalf.

Where your data is processed

Our team works in China, so your data may be processed there and in the other countries where we and our service providers operate.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep business and accounting records. For visit statistics, see “Visitor statistics and cookies” above.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Message us on WhatsApp (+86 191 0652 9082). If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the data protection authority where you live.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
